I had a very disturbing moment today at my Nashua, NH Bead Fiesta show I had a customer today who had bought 2 kits from me at the Portland, ME show. She bought an Ice Bracelet KIt and a Fringe Earrings Kit. She informed me she just got a newsletter from 'Beads On The Kennebec' for their summer class schedule and someone is teaching my Ice Bracelet in Augusta, ME. Needless to say, I couldn't wait til I got home to check their link, which I have had posted on this blog for a very long time!!!! Bev, one of the awesome ladies who runs Bead Fiesta, could not wait until I got home though and went and used the hotel public computer to see for herself. She was amazed and angry and when I saw the printout of the pic, even though it is a pretty crummy photo, I find that I am kind of stunned. I have been busting my ass to make a go of things for myself and my babe has allowed me to stay home while we suffered financially so I could make a go of this. I finally designed something that was selling like crazy and made me proud. I had finally found a tiny slice of reward and pride. I would like you all to look at the pics of hers AND mine on my regular blog and tell me if I am wrong.

I have a class the 25th at The Beadin' Path which has sold out and I have been asked to do another in August..now how exciting is that??!!

Then another Bead Fiesta show August 3rd in Danbury, CT!!! YAY!!

Busy month ahead...hopefully profitable too, cause all the money I make is going to the cause of my daughters! I need 1K down for the attorney!! Sounds pretty doable right now!

I am desperately trying to keep up with my devart and both of the websites, beading,shows and add random teaching..yay! Plus we painted the front our house a couple weekends ago and cleaned the back yard.

I am long to respond, but here they are
8 things about me, I hate talking about myself..honestly!

1. I have bad dreams almost every night and they haunt my daytimes. I usually remember them vividly. They make me tired alot, I always am very unrested during my awake hours.

2. I have a strange and sick sense of humor. I tend to laugh at things most people don't, perhaps it is fear.

3. I cringe when I see pregnant women and small children. Now that I am older and the future is looking so scary, I worry about their future and all that they will have to go through and often look at it as actually ruining the future because of the Earth's population and Mother Nature seeming to wreck havoc as 'revenge'.

4. I am fat and loathe it! I used to weigh 120 lbs before children and have never gotten rid of this excess and it makes me miserable every day of my life. I expect some or all of this is from depression of some sort..I have a goal.

5. I hate working for other people. Enough said about that LOL

6. I am a dreamer from the word GO. I have 'delusions of grandeur' and it drives me nuts, BUT they say if you can visualize it, it can happen!

7. I am a bit shy and often as much as I want to speak up, I don't dare for fear of criticism or being looked down on or fear of retaliation.

8. I think too much and have often been told I am way too nice and generous to a fault. I tend to have foot prints up my backside as a result.

I am not going to tag anyone...you're all welcome :grin:
So as payback, I will include some fun things about myself.

1. I am usually optimistic.
2. I am a headbanger, I love music!
3. I am actually a 'deviant of many talents'. I have been sewing since I was 8, crocheting since I was 6, I have also been cross stitching for over 20 years. I love to paint, as in houses [interior/exterior], I love flower gardening and decorating and taking photos.
4. I tend to be a nerd. I love to read [although I am very far behind!] and I love making websites and graphics.
5. I have wanted to go back to college for psychology or being a Private Investigator.
6. I have a great eye for color and have been told by many.
7. I tend to be messy, not dirty, but cluttery, creative people are like that...right?
8. I am a denim freak! It feels good on me and actually looks good too LOL
9. I hate bras and refuse to wear one unless absolutely necessary! They are straight jackets in disguise!
10. and last but not least, I tend to be blonde sometimes and rightfully so
